Cazimi provides AI-generated astrology content based on user-provided birth data, delivered in two forms: (a) downloadable astrology reports, and (b) an interactive chat in which an AI astrologer answers questions about the user's chart, life areas, timing, and relationships. All reports, chat conversations, written responses, voice transcriptions, and any other content generated or delivered by the Service are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
You are not required to create an account. When purchasing a report, you provide birth data and an email address. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD. Since reports are digitally generated and delivered immediately, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue preventing delivery, contact us for assistance.
All content, branding, and report templates are the property of Cazimi. Your purchased report is licensed for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or publish report content commercially.
Cazimi content, including reports, chat conversations, written responses, and any other output of the Service, is generated by artificial intelligence for self-knowledge, reflection, and personal exploration purposes only. It does not constitute and must not be relied upon as medical, psychological, financial, investment, legal, relationship, professional, or any other form of advice. Any decision you make based on content delivered by the Service is made at your sole discretion and risk. Cazimi makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any astrological interpretation provided by the Service. If you are facing a medical, financial, legal, psychological, or other consequential matter, seek a licensed professional in the relevant field.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cazimi shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, emotional distress, or any other commercial or personal damages, arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Service or any content delivered by it. This includes but is not limited to decisions taken in reliance on chat conversations, reports, or any other AI-generated content. Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Cazimi in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or, if no such payment was made, USD 50, whichever is greater.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Stripe (payments), social media platforms (content distribution), and AI providers (report generation). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
